Client Communication: Acted as contact for retail partners, conducting daily check-ins to align on stock and display setups, resolving a last-minute labeling issue with the NYC store to meet the rollout deadline.
Campaign Rollout: Managed a synchronized launch across online and in-store channels, integrating promotional materials with Nike’s design team, which drove a 15% sales increase in the first week.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Worked with Sneakersnstuff’s creative and logistics teams to adapt the unreleased 1979 prototype colorway for the anniversary edition, ensuring brand consistency.
