At Daily Paper, I joined as a Marketing Operations Coordinator and built the foundation of their marketing operations system from the ground up. There was no centralized process when I started—so I created one.

I designed and implemented scalable workflows to align cross-functional teams across marketing, creative, e-commerce, and retail. I built new project intake systems, standardized creative briefing documents, introduced real-time asset tracking tools, and transitioned our campaign calendar from static slides to dynamic platforms like Airtable. This allowed us to manage campaign deliverables, partner approvals, and launch timelines across markets in a transparent and trackable way.

I also created version control systems for marketing materials, ensured consistency across branded content, and developed status update frameworks that kept internal and external stakeholders informed. These tools helped eliminate miscommunication, reduce last-minute scrambles, and significantly improved campaign delivery precision.

Everything I created was designed to solve inefficiencies and bring operational clarity to a fast-moving creative environment—exactly the kind of structure that enables creative teams to thrive.
